The following drivers are unacceptable:
- No valid driver's license.
- Suspended, denied or revoked license (within last 3 years), scofflaw accepted
- One or more suspensions (with reinstatement), scofflaw accepted
- Three or more at fault accidents with the last three years.
- Three or more moving violations within the last three years. The conviction date and not the date of violation will determine the time parameters.
- Any combination of three or more moving violations, at fault accidents.
- Any operator with a major violation within the last five years. Major violations include any of the following:
- Aggravated assault with a motor vehicle.
- Attempting to elude a police officer.
- Careless or negligent driving.
- Driving on the wrong side of the highway.
- Driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Failure to stop and report an accident.
- Negligent homicide arising out of the use of a motor vehicle.
- Operating a motor vehicle without the owner's authority.
- Permitting an unlicensed person to drive.
- Reckless driving.
- Speed contest or drag racing.
- Use of a vehicle during the commission of a felony.
- Youthful passenger with an open container.
